The Word That Stands Forever
Before the mountains rose, before the stars were hung,
Your Word was.
Not etched by man's hand,
Nor faded with time,
But spoken—eternal, alive, and sure.
The grass withers.
The flowers fall.
Kingdoms crumble, voices fade,
But Your Word remains—
Steady as the Rock from which it came.
It is not chained by culture,
Not dulled by passing trends.
It pierces bone and spirit,
Lays bare the heart,
And heals the broken soul.
Your promises are not forgotten.
What You speak, You do.
Your truth lights the path
When all around is shadow.
Your voice still calls, still saves, still sanctifies.
The winds may howl,
The earth may tremble,
But Your Word stands.
Unshaken.
Unmoved.
Forever.
